高炉喷吹弱粘煤试验研究

摘    要:对产自陕西的一种弱粘煤进行了实验室研究,探讨了高炉喷吹弱粘煤的可行性。结果证实,弱粘煤具有低硫、高发热值等特点,是高炉喷吹的一种优质煤种。其可磨性指数高于现用无烟煤;属于强爆炸性煤种;燃烧性能优于生产用无烟煤。建议可先在老系统按35%弱粘煤+50%无烟煤+15%烟煤配比进行工业试验。

Abstract:In the paper,it is introduced a kind of weakly caking coal from Shaanxi Province is studied in the laboratory and discussed the feasibility of injecting weakly caking coal into blast furnaces.The results prove that the weakly caking coal is with such features as low sulfur and high calorific value as well as it is a quality coal type for injection of blast furnaces.It is with higher grindability index and better combustion performance than the currently used anthracite,so it belongs to strong explosive coal type.Therefore,it is suggested the ratios for industrial experiment are 35% weakly caking coal,50% anthracite and 15% bitumite with the old system.
