| 摘 要： | 可编辑逻辑控制器独特的周期扫描机制,对开关量输入信号进行快速软件滤波的方法具有程序易于实现,所需扫描时间短效果好的特点。结合实际工作应用,分析探讨PLC输入信号软件滤波应用的条件和实现方法,并对钢厂铸机自动控制系统中软件滤波的应用举例说明。

| Abstract: | The unique mechanism of periodic scan for the programmable logic controller（PLC） is good to make the methods of fast software filtering the input digital signals easy to realize as well as make the scanning time needed short and with good effects.In the paper,it is analyzed and discussed the application conditions and implementation methods for software filter of PLC input signals as well as illustrated the applications of software filter in the automatic control system of continuous casters in Steel-melting Plant. |
