摘    要:采用商业软件FLUENT,针对包钢大方坯连铸机建立三维数值模型,计算不同中间包内部结构对中间包内钢液流动状态的影响。结果表明,优化后的方案近流的平均停留时间比原方案增加了13.36%,有利于夹杂物的聚集和上浮。

Abstract:Aim at the bloom caster of Baotou Steel, the three - dimensional numerical simulation model was introduced to calculate the influences for different internal structures of tundishes on flow state of molten steel with the commercial soft- ware FLUENT. The results show that the average residence time near strands after the optimization is increased by 13.36% compared to the original scheme, which is beneficial to aggregation and floatation of the inclusions.
