汽轮发电机组轴系扭振仿真系统设计

摘    要:介绍了主要由电气扰动引起的大型汽轮发电机组轴系扭振的仿真系统设计。其中包括该系统的仿真程序介绍,程序模拟电机和电网系统的故障,以及汽轮机快关等机械扰动,仿真计算所引起的汽轮发电机组轴系扭转振动。为了实现人机对话和实时仿真,特别设计了响应的显示系统和数据库管理系统,并采用模态分析和解析计算方法,加快了仿真计算速度。该系统可用于科研计算和工程人员培训。

Abstract:This paper introduces the simulation system design for the largeturbogenerator shaft torsional vibration which is mainly caused by electric disturbances.This program simulates the faults of generators and electric netsand the mechanical disturbances of the steam turbine fast valve. For the manmachinecommunication and the real-time simulation, the corresponding displaysystem and the database managenent system are designed specially. By usingthe modular analysis and the analytic calculation method, the simulation isspeeded up. The simulation system can be used for the scientific study and engineertraining.
