| 摘 要： | 普通磨鞋磨削效率低 ,难以满足钻井的需要 ,从布齿方式、水力结构设计、切削元件选择、焊接工艺四方面对普通磨鞋进行了优化 ,并研制了 NEM- 8型高效磨鞋。介绍了该磨鞋的结构特点、工作原理、布齿方式、切削元件材料的选择、几何形状的确定、焊接工艺及现场应用情况。与普通磨鞋相比 ,该磨鞋磨削速度快、使用寿命长 ,对降低钻井成本具有积极意义

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the configuration of cutting tooth, cutting element selection, determination of geometric shape, welding technology and field applications of the NEM 8 milling shoes. Comparing with common milling shoes, this new type of milling shoes has faster milling rate and longer life and has an important effect on reducing drilling costs. |
