摘    要:根据剪力型动态称重轨的工作原理,对应用附加式压磁测力传感器动态称重进行了可行性研究。设计了一种三磁极压磁测力传感器,推导出这种传感器的输出方程,并分别在材料试验机与矿山有轨运输轨道上进行了静态特性标定试验和实试验。试验结果表明,这种传感器能够达到5mV/kN的测试灵敏度和小于2.7%的不重复精度。另外,这种传感器结构简单、安装方便、坚固耐用,将其应用动态称重轨是可行的。

Abstract:According to the principle of the weighing rail by testing shear force,the application of magnetoelastic force sensor in the dynamic weighing rail is discussed.A kind of magnetoelastic force sensor with three magnetic poles is designed,and its output mathematical model is also derived.The static experiment and dynamic experiment of the sensor are respectively made on a material testing machine and the mine haulage rail.Results show that measuring sensitivity and precision of the sensor respectively achieves 5 mV/kN and 2.7%.Moreover,this kind of sensor structure is simple,firm,durable and convenient for installation,so it is feasible to apply the sensor for the dynamic weighing rail.
