堆焊层的界面特征与裂纹形成的关系

摘    要:运用扫描电镜对牙轮钻头牙掌堆焊热处理后的界面特征和裂纹的性质进行了分析 ,并采用X -射线衍射仪测定了试件的残余应力。结果表明 ,堆焊层界面缺陷是造成裂纹形成的主要原因。堆焊层表面拉应力导致裂纹的进一步产生与扩展。

Abstract:The characterization of the crackle and interface of the palm of the roller bit produced by overlaying welding and heat treatment was studied with the scanning electron microscope(SEM),and its remained stress was tested with X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showes that the forming of crackle was mostly made by the interface flaw between the layer of overlaying welding and the matrix.The pulling stress of the layer of overlaying welding resulted in the formming and expansion of the crackle.
