绿色合成查尔酮新方法的研

摘    要:查尔酮及其衍生物是一种重要的有机中间体。研究了以离子液体1,3-二丁基-2-甲基四氟硼酸咪唑盐([dbmim]BF4)为反应溶剂,以水滑石作催化剂的绿色无污染合成查尔酮的新方法。研究结果表明,当温度为343 K时,在50 mL的[dbmim]BF4中加入0.1 mol苯甲醛和01mol苯乙酮,以2 g水滑石为催化剂,反应2 h,查尔酮产率可以达到98.5%。该反应体系易于产物分离,离子液体和水滑石可以循环使用,可实现绿色无污染合成。

Abstract:Chalcone and its derivatives are important organic intermediates.A new green method was studied for synthesis of Chalcone using hydrotalcite as the catalyst in ionic liquid of 1,3-dibutyl-2-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([dbmim]BF_4).Chalcone yield of 98.5% was attained under the following condition: reaction temperature 343 K,reaction time 2 h,0.1 mol benzaldehyde and(0.1 mol) hypnone in 50 mL ionic liquid BF_4,2 g hydrotalcite catalyst.The product can be easily separated.The ionic liquid and hydrotalcite can be recycled with no pollution to the environment.
