摘    要:介绍了美国Intercat公司生产的Propyl Max/CX增产丙烯助剂在中国石油大连石化公司140万t/a重油催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。结果表明,在原料性质和操作条件相近的情况下,当Propyl Max/CX助剂占系统催化剂藏量的4.5%时,丙烯产率由4.47%上升到7.97%,液化气产率提高了3.62个百分点,而干气产率基本不变,汽、柴油产率分别降低了0.9,4.0个百分点,前者研究法辛烷值(RON)增加了1.8个单位,后者十六烷值降低了2个单位;使用Propyl Max/CX助剂后,液化气和丙烯增产显著,年增加经济效益近1.12亿元,且生产工艺操作平稳,对干气、液化气、汽油和柴油的品质基本无影响,对系统催化剂的流化和环境也没有不良影响。

Abstract:The application of additive Propyl Max/CX,which made in Intercat Inc of USA,in a heavy oil fluidized-bed catalytic cracking(FCC) unit of 1400kt/a in Dalian Petrochemical Company was reported.The results showed that under the similar conditions of feedstock properties and operating parameters,the propylene yield increased from 4.47% to 7.97%,the yield of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) increased by 3.62 percent points,the yield of gasoline and diesel oil decreased by 0.9,4.0 percent points respectively,but the dry gas yield had not been changed with amount of Propyl Max/CX of 4.5% of catalyst inventory.The research octane number(RON) of gasoline raised 1.8 and the hexadecane number of diesel oil reduced 2.The results indicated that additive Propyl Max/CX had high activity for producing more propylene and LPG with a better selectivity of propylene in the case of more heavy feedstock,and the profit increment was nearly 112 million yuan per year.
