摘    要:采用自行设计的瞬态工况控制及测量系统,研究车用柴油机恒转矩递增转速工况下进气、供油及微粒排放的动态响应,结果表明,对于恒转矩递增转速瞬态工况过程,存在进气响应滞后和燃油流量超调的现象,随着转速增加率的提高,微粒及其可溶性有机成分和不可溶成分的排放量均增加。

Abstract:Dynamic response of air intake,fuel supply and particulate emission of an automotive direct-injection(DI)diesel engine was experimentally studied under several transient operating conditions of constant torque and uniformly increasing speed with a control and measurement system developed by ourselves. Test results prove the phenomenon of air intake delay and overfueling. With the increase of speed rise-rate,there also increases the mass concentration of particulate including its dry soot and soluble organic fraction increases.
