对焊管机配张力减径机技术的探讨

摘    要:针对“焊管无缝化”、“无缝化焊管”的提法提出了看法,认为焊管经张减后在一些质量指标上仍与无缝管存在差异。分析了焊管机组配张力减径机这一技术未能得到推广的原因。笔者认为,要使我国焊管工业健康地发展,应使焊管发展处于有序状态,并合理调整焊管设备结构和产品结构。

Abstract:Pinpointing the perspectives as "Welded tubes to be seamless" and "Making seamless welded tubes", it is held that even after stretch-reducing treatment, weld tubes still have negative distinctions compared with seamless steel tubes in terms of some quality criteria. Also discussed in the paper are the factors responsible for impeding normal spreacl out of the weld-tube mill/stretch-reducing mill combined process. The writer holds that to ensure a healthy development of domestic weld tube industry, it is necessary to make the weld tube production developing more orderly and to adjust the equipment composition and product-mix more logically.
