| 摘 要： | 从铅酸蓄电池生产工艺入手，分别评述了各种设备对生产质量与工效的影响。对铅酸蓄电池生产设备提出了使用建议：铸板平切机可防止板栅变形；直流母线充电机提高功率，降低谐波；小密全自动包片机以及全自动包装生产线可提高工效，等等。

| Abstract: | From the production process of lead-acid battery,the effects of various equipments on production quality and work efficiency are reviewed respectively.Some proposals of manufacturing equipmens for lead-acid batteries are offered: the cast grid flat cutter can prevent grids disforming;the dc bus charger can increase power and decreas harmonic;the small full-automatic plate wrapping machine and full-automatic packaging line can increase work efficiency and so on. |
