无线商用通信网在电力调度系统中的应用

为了满足分散于边远山区的变电站、小型火力发电厂等通信站点对小数据量、实时交互、低投资成本通信业务的需求,文章介绍了一个由多家单位共同开发的、利用联通无线网络(IX)进行电力行业数据传输的综合性数据平台。该平台充分利用CDMA网络覆盖的广泛、安全、可靠性,通过先进的智能分包传输、16位冗余校验和通道数据加密等技术,确保了系统高性能无线接入的实现。目前,系统已在淄博和高清供电公司成功试运行,并通过技术鉴定,为国内领先水平。文章对该平台的总体设计思想、3个重要组成部分的功能实现、系统安全措施分别进行了较为详细地论述。

Application of wireless commercial communication network in electric power system

In order to meet the separate communication service demand on the small data quantity,real-time exchange and the low cost investment of transformer substation and small fuel electric power plant in mountainous area,this article introduces a comprehensive data platform cooperated to develop by several companies,which utilized the China Unicom(IX) wireless network to carry on the transmission of electric power information.This platform fully uses the CDMA network,which is provided with widespread coverage,security and reliability,and by using the advanced intelligent packet transmission technology,16 bits redundancy check and channel data encryption,the high performance wireless access has been realized at present.The pilot running of the systems has already been carried into execution in Zibo and Gaoqing electric power companies successively,and it has been approved by the technical appraisal,and is proved to be the leading level in China.The platform system design,function realization of three important constituent parts and the system security measures have been presented in detail separately in this paper.
