淫羊藿黄酮的高效液相色谱分析方法

摘    要:研究建立了淫羊藿黄酮的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Sinochrom ODS-BP色谱柱;乙腈-水为流动相,乙腈浓度梯度:0~12 min(20%~30%),12~20 min(30%~36%),20~30 min(36%~58%);洗脱时间:30 min;体积流量:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;进样量:20μL。对淫羊藿水提物进行分离得到13个分离良好的色谱峰,并确认这13个峰具有淫羊藿黄酮类化合物的紫外特征吸收。以淫羊藿苷为标准品对这13个黄酮进行了定量分析。该方法分析时间短,精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,可用于淫羊藿水提物的质量控制。

Abstract:The analysis method was established for evaluating Epimedium Flavonoids by HPLC,which was performed on a Sinochrom ODS-BP column,with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase.The gradient elute ratio of acetonitrile were: 0-12 min(20%-30%),12-20 min(30%-36%),20-30 min(36%-58%).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.The content of 13 kinds of flavonoids in the water extract of Epimedium were determined based on Icariin.The result showed that the method was simple,specific and accurate...
