W-Ni-Fe高比重合金纳米晶预合金粉的制备

摘    要:采用行星式高能球磨机制备W-Ni-Fe高比重合金纳米晶预合金粉,研究了不同的球磨介质(研磨球)包括硬质合金球、不锈钢球、钨球和球料比以及不同的保护气氛N2、Ar等对球磨后粉末性能的影响。采用XRD分析了粉末相变化、晶块尺寸和晶格畸变。采用SEM和EDX对球磨后粉末形貌和颗粒成分进行分析。

Abstract:W-Ni-Fe tungsten based prealloyed powders were prepared by high energy ball milling. The influence of balling medium(ball) including cemented carbide hall(CCB), stainless steel ball(SSB) and tungsten alloy ball(TAB), the ratio Of ball to powder, powder composition and protective atmosphere on powder characteristics were studied. The structure,grain size, lattice deformation and morphology, component of particle after milled were analysized by means of XRD and SEM.
