某复杂多金属硫化矿石综合回收试验研究

摘    要:针对某复杂难选金、银多金属硫化矿石中的铜、铅分离难,铜精矿中金、银回收率低等问题,进行了一系列的试验研究。试验获得指标:铜精矿品位为25.77%、回收率为85.08%,铜精矿中金、银的回收率分别为69.42%、68.58%,铜精矿中含铅、锌分别为2.29%、2.76%。与原工艺指标比较,在获得铜回收率相当的情况下,铜精矿品位提高了3.14%,铜精矿中金、银回收率分别提高了7.11%、9.84%;铜、铅精矿合计金、银回收率分别提高了10.09%、14.63%。试验采用的工艺条件较好地解决了铜、铅分离难,金、银回收率低等问题。

Abstract:In order to solve problems to separate Cu and Pb and to raise the recovery rates of Au and Ag in the copper concentrate, many experiments were carried out on some polymetallic sulfide ores. The results of closed circuit tests showed that with the new floatsheet, the grade of the copper concentrate was 22.57% and the recovery rate was 85.08%. In the copper concentrate, the recovery rates of Au and Ag were respectively 69.42% and 68.58%, the grade of Pb and Zn were respectively 2.29% and 2.76%. Comparing to the former flowsheet, the recovery rate of copper was similar, while the grade of copper concentrate was enhanced by 3.14%, the recovery rates of Au and Ag were respectively enhanced by 7.11% and 9.84%. The total recovery rate of Au and Ag in Cu concentra(e and Pb concentrate were respectively enhanced by 10.09% and 14.63%. The experimental floatsheet succeeded in separating Cu from Pb and increasing the recovery rates of Au and Ag.
