| 摘 要： | 通过调查,掌握了湖南私营企业主的基本情况(性别、年龄、文化、身份构成及生存状态),摸清其思想政治状态(政治参与、政治面貌、政治态度、入党倾向、对企业党建工作的认识)及心理状态(经济、政治、思想、生活诸方面的心理表征)我们应采取相应措施,正确引导私营企业主的政治心理状态.
