摘    要:对纤芯附近引入两个大孔的光子晶体保偏光纤(PM-PCF)双折射特性进行分析,通过调节大孔直径和小孔直径,给出PM-PCF最优化的设计参数.同时,在包层采用选择性填充方法,使双折射进一步提高.采用有限元法(FEM),模拟并分析了该光纤的偏振特性和基模模场分布.研究表明:采用本文方法使PM-PCF的模式双折射比普通PM-P...

Abstract:A kind of high-birefringence polarization-maintaining(PM) photonic crystal fiber(PCF) is analyzed by introducing two big air holes near the core.The optimization scheme of PM-PCFs is presented by means of adjusting the sizes of the larger holes and the smaller holes.The polarization properties and mode field distributions of this fiber are analyzed by utilizing the finite element method(FEM).The results indicate that the mode birefringence is highly improved by the selective filling method,and i...
