摘    要:提出了一种用于光生mm波的单纵模双波长微片激光器。理论分析和实验研究了微片激光器单纵模双波长产生的机理。实验结果表明,当输入抽运电流为12A时,激光器输出的中心波长分别为1064.18nm和1064.50nm,波长间隔为0.32nm,对应的频差近似为85GHz;每个频率峰的-3dB谱宽为0.05nm,消光比大于22dB...

Abstract:A single-longitudinal-mode dual-frequency microchip laser for photonic generation of millimeter-wave signal is investigated.The single-longitudinal-mode dual-frequency resonance mechanism is studied theoretically.The experimental results show that with 12 A pumping current,the central wavelengths of microchip laser are 1 064.18 nm and 1 064.50 nm,respectively.The space between two wavelengths is 0.32 nm,corresponding to 85 GHz.The-3 dB spectrum width of each peak is 0.05 nm,and the extinction ra...
