| 摘 要： | Winpcap是Windows平台下的一个免费捕包软件，能够为Win32应用程序提供访问网络底层的能力。采用Winpcap可以方便地在Windows平台下模拟GOOSE（面向通用对象的变电站事件）报文的捕获、发送。本文分析了GOOSE报文的结构与通信原理，讨论了GOOSE报文的编码、解码过程，并给出了设计流程图。

| Abstract: | Winpcap is the free software for packet capturing on the platform of Windows, it can provide the ability to access the network infrastructure for the Win32 application program. Using Winpcap is very convenient to simulate the capturing and sending processes of GOOSE （Generic Object Oriented Substation Event） message on windows platform. In this paper, the structure and com- munication principle of GOOSE message are analyzed, the encoding and decoding processes of GOOSE message are discussed, and the design flow chart is given as well. |
