芯轴的数控车削工艺设计

摘    要:为满足芯轴批量加工尺寸稳定性的要求,合理的车削工艺和工装将起到关键作用。从工艺分析入手,介绍芯轴工装的设计,编制并调试加工程序,使零件在数控车床批量生产中能保持尺寸稳定,且每批零件只需对刀一次,缩短了加工时间和辅助时间,提高了加工效率,保证了加工质量。

Abstract:To meet the dimensional stability requirement of core shaft batch processing,rational turning technology and tooling will play key roles.Starting from the technology analysis,core shaft tooling design was introduced,processing procedure was programmed and debugged to keep dimension stability of parts in CNC lathe batch production.Machining each batch parts,tool setting is needed only once.The processing time and auxiliary time are shortened,the processing efficiency is improved and the process quality is ensured.
