摘    要:研究单机架热轧中厚板轧机的油膜厚度补偿问题,利用SVM方法建立了轧机油膜厚度补偿模型,并对回归预测结果进行分析,同时与成熟的基于Reynolds方程的轧机相对油膜厚度补偿方法进行比较,结果表明:采用基于SVM的轧机油膜厚度补偿模型可以对轧机油膜厚度进行良好的补偿,补偿精度较好.

Abstract:The problem of oil film compensation in single-stand hot strip rolling mill was researched.The model of rolling mill oil film thickness compensation based on SVM was established.The regression and forecasting results of the simulation were analyzed.At the same time,the method was compared with the one based on Reynolds equation.The results show that rolling mill oil film thickness can be compensated efficiently,with a good precision.
