| 摘 要： | 锅炉受热面爆管事故严重威胁发电机组的安全经济运行,对电站1 175 t/h锅炉水冷壁过热爆管、垢下腐蚀泄漏两种情况的宏观、金相、力学性能特点进行对比分析,并总结爆管的原因、相应处理经验和防治措施,为同类机组提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The safety and economy operation of the generator set was seriously threatened by the tube bursting accident of boiler heating surface. The characteristic of the overheat bursting and the corrosion under encrustation bursting that happening on the water wall of the Power Plant 1175t/h boiler was analyzed, the reason and the disposal experience and measure of the bursting were summarized, which giving a good reference for same type sets. |
