摘    要:针对新网架空线路采用的绝缘导线和老线路的绝缘化改造带来的雷击断线及绝缘配合、设备选型及施工工艺等方面的新矛盾及问题,论文深入分析了雷电断线和腐蚀断线的机理,对比目前所采取技术手段的优缺点,结合线路现状,提出了采用过电压保护器进行改造的方法,详细论述了过电压保护器设备的选择和设备参数的选取,提出相应施工及技术改进措施。

Abstract:In order to solve the new contradiction and questions about lightning strike breakdown,insulation coordination,equipment selection,construction technology caused by overhead line distribution net newly built using the insulated conductor and old line insulation transformation,the article analyses thoroughly mechanism on lightning strike breakdown and corrosion wire breakage.Contrasts the advantage and disadvantage of the method presently adopted and the suitable situation,overvoltage protector is proposed on the base of lines situation.Meanwhile how to choose the overvoltage protector equipment and how the equipment parameter is determined is discussed in detail and the relevant technical measure is proposed.
