摘    要:介绍了利用粉末冶金工艺生产MnAl25和MnAl15中间合金的过程及方法。通过试验得出粉末冶金生产MnAl25合金的最佳工艺条件为:压制压力650MPa,粘结剂用量0.6%。润滑剂用量0.6%;生产MnAl15中间合金的最佳工艺条件为:压制压力650MPa,粘结剂用量0.8%,润滑剂用量0.6%。MnAl25中间合金的粉化率为0.01%,密度可达4.41g/cm^3;MnAl15中间合金的粉化率为0.02%,密度可达4.8g/cm^3,且中间合金的成分均匀。

Abstract:This article introduces the method and process of Mn-Al intermediate alloy by powder metallurgy.The best process conditions to produce MnAl25 intermediate alloy are as followed: the pressing pressure is 650Mpa,the use level of binding admixture is 0.6%.,and the use level of anti-fraction material is 0.6%.While the best process conditions to produce MnAl15 intermediate alloy are as followed: the pressing pressure is 650Mpa,the use level of binding admixture is 0.8%,and the use level of anti-fraction material is 0.6%.The efflorescence rate of MnAl25 intermediate alloy is 0.01%,and its density can reach to 4.41g/cm3.The efflorescence rate of MnAl15 intermediate alloy is 0.02%,and its density reaches to 4.80g/cm3.The chemical constitution of Mn-Al intermediate alloy is uniform.
