摘    要:在针织机的选针系统中,选针器是用来实施选针控制的元件,要求选针器具有高频率、高精度、低功耗等特点。为了提高选针器的振动频率,本文从优化基板的拓扑结构入手,采用相对密度法和OC(optimality criteria)法对其进行建模和优化计算。为了改善结构拓扑计算的数值稳定性和可制造性,在优化设计的过程中采用了"滤波"技术、模态跟踪技术和针对压电基板的可制造性修正技术。在以上研究基础上,较好地解决了结构拓扑的数值稳定性和可制造性问题,得到了满意的压电基板拓扑结构。

Abstract:The needle selector in a knitting machine is used to control needle selection.It should have high frequency,high precision and low power consumption.For the purpose of raising its vibration frequency,we optimize the topological structure of the piezoelectric needle selector′s base-plate by artificial materials and OC(optimality criteria) method.Filtering technique,mode-tracking technique and sensitivity-modified method for base-plate manufacturability are used to improve numerical stability and manufacturability of the structure.Finally,satisfactory topological structure of the base-plate is obtained.
