Abstract:The riveting technique for an electric contact was improved, and the processing technology for the bridge joint subassembly and the feed in scheme for the electric contact were determined. The automatic feed in of the electric contact in a precision multi-position progressive die and its assembly and riveting with pressing components were achieved. The layout design, assembly structure and trimming mechanism of the die were stated as well.
