摘    要:在交直流混合配网、电力机车牵引及工业特种电源等电能变换领域,大功率中频变压器作为关键设备,因其体积与功率密度优势得到了广泛应用。目前国内对中频变压器的建模与设计已接近国际先进水平,但在制造工艺方面仍有一定差距。介绍了大功率中频变压器的应用背景,并回顾了近年来国内外的样机研制工作;分章节阐述了中频变压器的损耗计算与优化,寄生参数建模与控制、干式中频变压器绝缘以及新型热管理技术;最后,对大功率中频变压器领域目前存在的挑战与热点问题作了总结。

Abstract:In the field of AC/DC hybrid distribution grid, electric locomotive traction, industrial special power supply and other power conversion areas, high-power medium-frequency transformer is widely implemented as key component due to its advantages in volume and power density. At present, the modeling and design technologies of medium-frequency transformers in China is close to the international advanced level, but there is still a certain gap in the manufacturing process. This paper introduces the application background of high-power medium-frequency trans-formers, and reviews the development of prototypes in recent years, both domestic and abroad. This paper describes the loss calculation and optimization of medium-frequency transformers, parasitic parameter modeling and control, insulation technologies and new thermal management technologies, chapter by chapter. Finally, the current challenges and research hotspots are summarized.
