| 摘 要： | 在直流配电网中,模块化多电平直流变换器MDCC(modular multilevel DC/DC converter)以模块化多电平变换器结构为基础,是实现不同电压等级直流母线电压变换和电能双向传输的核心装置。探讨MDCC的高频链阶梯波调制策略,并采用傅里叶级数建模,可有效简化阶梯波建模和分析过程。此外,阶梯波调制可有效减小高频链电压dv/dt、谐波和无功含量,提升MDCC整体效率,促进MDCC在直流配电网中的应用。

| Abstract: | In the direct-current (DC) distribution network, based on modular multilevel converter (MMC) structure, modular multilevel DC/DC converter (MDCC) is a key device for voltage conversion and bidirectional power transmission of DC bus between different voltage levels. This paper analyzes the staircase triangular modulation (STM) for high- frequency-link (HFL) modulation in MDCC. With Fourier series, the modeling and analysis process of STM can be effectively simplified. Besides, the STM can effectively reduce the dv/dt, harmonic content and reactive power in HFL voltages, improving efficiency of MDCC, thus promoting the application of MDCC in DC distribution network. |
