摘    要:工业应用中需要根据工况选用合适的IGBT模块,不能直接参考模块数据手册上的数据来应用模块。本文针对特定的应用工况搭建硬件和软件电路,进行全面自动化双脉冲测试,分析了各工况条件对开关特性的影响,为IGBT模块的实际工况运行优化设计以及功率能力评估提供参考。同时,还提出了一种驱动电阻的优化切换方法和一种最佳驱动电路和驱动参数的选择方法。

Abstract:In industrial applications, it is necessary to select suitable IGBT modules according to working conditions. By studying the parameters of IGBT modules at different voltage and current levels, different driving resistances, and switching characteristics at different temperatures and switch-ing losses, the optimal driving resistance of IGBT modules can be obtained. The most suitable working point provides a reference for the appli-cation of this module to build a converter and power capability evaluation. The double pulse test is an application circuit for measuring the switching characteristics of the IGBT module. It can obtain the selection of the IGBT module, the loss estimation of the converter, the electric thermal stress analysis of the IGBT module under operating conditions, and the selection of the driving resistor.
