土酸介质中不锈钢高温缓蚀剂的评价

研制了一种土酸介质中不锈钢缓蚀剂,并采用了失重法、电化学方法和扫描电镜分析法对该缓蚀剂进行了评价。实验结果表明,该缓蚀剂具有优良的缓蚀性能、抗高温性能、抗干扰性能和抗非均匀腐蚀性能。该缓蚀剂安全使用浓度为0.5%,90℃时金属腐蚀速率仅为0.55 g/m2.h,20 h内随时间增长,金属腐蚀速率下降。该缓蚀剂属于混合型缓蚀剂,同时抑制阳极过程和阴极过程。在该缓蚀剂存在的土酸介质中,不锈钢不产生点蚀、晶间腐蚀等非均匀腐蚀现象。

Evaluation of corrosion inhibitor of stainless steel in mud acid

A kind of corrosion inhibitor of stainless steel in mud acid was developed.The property of the inhibitor was evaluated by weight-loss method,electrochemical method and SEM.It was shown by the result that the inhibitor has high inhibition effect and properties of anti-temperature,anti-interference and anti-nonuniform corrosion.The safety concentration of the inhibitor is 0.5%.The corrosion velocity of stainless steel is only 0.55 g/m2 · h at 90 ℃.The corrosion velocity is decreased in 20 h.The corrosion inhibitor is a kind of electrochemical mixed type inhibitor.It can inhibit anode reaction and cathode reaction at the same time.There is no nonuniform corrosion(such as spot corrosion,intercrystalline corrosion etc.)on stainless steel in mud acid solution with the corrosion inhibitor.
