摘    要:断路器的合闸操作会引起输电线路的行波过程,这是影响行波保护可靠性的主要因素之一,该文对断路器在不同情况下合闸产生的行波进行了详细分析,提出了判断断路器是否重合于故障线路的判据,并利用小波变换的奇异性检测理论加以实现。这一判据不但解决了行波保护合闸到故障线路时拒动的问题,而且在线路发生永久故障时,可以准确给出故障距离。大量EMT仿真证明了这一判据的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:Travelling waves are generated when circuit breaker operates. Reliability of protective relaying based on travelling waves is disturbed by this kind of operation. To resolve this problem, properties of switch-on induced travelling waves under different conditions are analyzed in detail in this paper. New method is proposed and implemented by wavelet transform to discriminate whether circuit breaker is closed to fault transmission line or not. The scheme can not only distinguish switch-on fault on transmission line, but also indicate fault location if permanent fault occurs. Various EMTP simulations proved the correction and feasibility of this new method.
