白口铸铁碳化物结构与形态的探讨

摘    要:用扫描电镜、透射电镜、二次离子质谱仪和X射线衍射仪观察电解深腐蚀和特殊深腐蚀试样,探讨了普通白口铸铁、镍硬铸铁、高铬铸铁和硼白口铸铁的碳化物结构和形态。结界表明,碳化物都呈空间骨架,但封闭程度有所不同。在此基础上,提出子碳化物或组织形态的三维示意模型。

Abstract:A research was conducted to study the carbide structure and morphology of common, Ni-hard, high chrcmium arid bcron white cast irons by means of TEM, SEM, SIMS and X-ray diffraction using deep-corrosion technique and particular samples. The test results indicate that the all carbides link into space structure. The three dimension shetch structure modeles of the carbide or the microstru cture in the mentioned white cast irons were presented tentatively.
