电刷镀镍基Ni包纳米Al_2O_3粉复合镀层的组织性能

摘    要:应用电刷镀技术制备了含有 Ni包纳米 Al2 O3粉的镍基复合镀层。采用对纳米粉粒进行裹镍处理解决了粉粒在镀层中共沉积并均匀分布的问题。对该复合镀层的显微硬度进行了测试 ,讨论了裹镍比例对其的影响规律。文中还采用光学显微分析 ( OM)和扫描电子显微镜( SEM)研究了该复合镀层的表面形貌和组织特点 ,在此基础上提出了镍包纳米 Al2 O3粉与镍共沉积的机理。

Abstract:The composite coating of Ni/Ni+nano Al 2O 3 was prepared by brush plating technology.The problem of codeposition and dispersion of nano Al 2O 3 in nickel was solved by covering a layer of nickel on nano Al 2O 3.The microhardness of the composite coating was investigated,and the relationship between the proportion of Ni and nano Al 2O 3 and the microhardness was also discussed.The optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to analyze the microstructure and surface morphology of composite coating.On the basis of experimental results,the mechanism of the codeposition of Ni+nano Al 2O 3 and Ni was suggested.
