| Abstract: | The writers expound the position and funition of traditional culture in Beijing from the angle of development of urban culture. In the same time. they study the histsry and present situation of Bai Tasi Block. Using ideas and methods of urban design, they pose basic train of thought about developments of Bai Tasi Block and make a deep discussion about protection and developments of historical culture zone. |
