| Abstract: | An introduction is given to the general situation of the water conservancy project and water quality in the Huaihe River Basin. The function of pollution control dispatching with water gates in improvement of water quality is analyzed, and some suggestions are made on the improvement of water quality by further use of the water conservancy project, such as prevention of river water interception, improvement of the self-purifying capacity of rivers, reasonable dispatching and full use of floods for separation of wastewater. |
