| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱测定两种被确定为内分泌扰乱化学物质的苯氧乙酸类除草剂的分析方法。实验采用ZORBAXSB C18(2 .1mmi.d .× 15 0mm ,5 μm)色谱柱分离 ,二极管阵列检测器 (PDA)在波长 2 90nm检测。两种农药的线性范围均为 0 .2ng～ 10ng ,检出限为 0 .0 4mg/L。实际样品加标回收率在 81.8%～ 89.9%之间 ,相对标准偏差在5 .6 6 %～ 12 .0 0 % (n =7)之间。该方法灵敏可靠、快速、简便、重现性好。
