拉板机构在注塑模具螺纹抽芯中的应用

摘    要:以饮水机过滤盖为例,针对塑料制品模具中螺纹抽芯止转部分的塑料比较浅、容易打滑等问题进行综合分析,提出了拉板机构辅助抽芯的解决方案。实践证明,制品外观达到设计要求,螺纹实现自动抽芯,生产效率大大提高,取得了很好的经济效益。

Abstract:Taking filter of water fountain as an example,the problems such as sliping easily in screw thread core pulling in the mould of plastic products were comprehensively analysed.A solution of using drawing plate setup to assist core pulling was suggested.It was indicated in practice that the appearance of product met the needs of design,screw thread core pulling automatically was realiged and the production efficiency in creased obviously.
