摘    要:针对传动系统整体分析的复杂性,以轴-齿轮-轴承组成的某附件机匣传动系统中的轴系结构为研究对象,基于接触理论和有限元方法对轴系结构进行了静态仿真,在考虑了装配误差因素的不同轴线平行度偏差的情况下分别对整体轴系结构、齿轮、轴承进行了对比仿真分析.仿真结果表明:随着齿轮轴不平行时误差的增加,轴系结构的等效应力也相应地增加,且齿轮应力变化较为明显,但轴承的应力变化较小,为传动系统在实际装配中齿轮、轴承的设计与优化提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Owing to the complexity of holistic analysis on transmission systems,such shafting structure as shaft-gear-bearing of a specific accessory gearbox transmission system is studied.Firstly,the shafting structure is statically simulated based on the contact theory and finite element method.By considering different axis parallelism deviations with assembly error factors,a comparative simulation analysis is then applied for entire shafting structure,gears and bearings.Finally,it is found that,due to unparallel gear shaft,the error and equivalent stress increase.In addition,the gear stress significantly varies,whilst the bearing stress slightly varies.Therefore,this approach paves a venue for gear and bearing design and optimization on actual transmission system assembly.
