基于有限元法的电子设备机柜静载与模态分析

摘    要:首先,根据电子设备机械结构静载的标准和要求,在分析了电子设备机柜的结构特点的基础上,应用有限元分析软件建立机柜的有限元模型,并对机柜提吊和刚度试验进行了数值分析,得到了机柜的三维应力与位移云图。其次,根据动载振动试验要求对机柜分别进行了理论模态分析和试验模态分析,并对二者结果进行了比较。理论模态分析的结果可以满足工程上的精度要求,能够为机柜结构参数的优化提供一定的依据,为电子设备机柜的抗振设计提供了一个有效工具。

Abstract:Firstly , according to the standard and request of mechanical structure static load for electronic equipment, the finite element model of the electronic cabinet is built using finite element analysis software based on analyzing the structure characteristics of the cabinet. Numerical analysis of hanging and rigidity ex- periment of the cabinet is performed to get the three-dimensional stress and displacement contour of the cabi- net. Secondly, theoretical modal analysis and experimental modal analysis of the cabinet are carried out based on the vibration testing requirements for dynamic load, and the results are compared between the two methods. The result of theoretical modal analysis could meet the engineering accuracy requirements. The research pro- vides more convincing evidence for the optimization design of cabinet structure parameters, also provides an ef- fective tool for the anti-vibration design of electronic cabinet.
