| 摘 要： | 轴套作为汽车悬架的重要组成零件,对底盘的各项性能均有影响,如：制动性、平顺性、操纵稳定性.结合工作中的实例,分析轴套刚度对整车性能的影响,介绍在产品开发Benchmark阶段,轴套各项性能的测试方法,为后期的产品开发提供数据支持.

| Abstract: | Axle sleeve, as an important part of automobile suspended frame, has influence on performances of the chassis, such as bra- king, ride comfort and handling stability. Combined with practical work, the influence of the bushing stiffness on vehicle performance was an- alyzed, the test methods to the various properties of shaft sleeve during the Benchmark stage in product development were introduced, which provides data support for product development later. |
