2013年国内页岩气钻采技术综述

2013年,国内在页岩气开采方面又取得了一些新进展,特别是页岩气水平井钻井、固井和压裂技术渐趋成熟,针对页岩气开发的需要,形成了页岩气水平井钻井、压前评价技术、大型压裂设计和压后评估技术,并围绕"井工厂"化作业,初步形成了钻井、压裂等一体化设计和优化,以及边钻井、边压裂、边生产的交叉作业模式,促进了国内页岩气开发进程。基于有关文献,简要介绍了国内在页岩气钻井技术、钻井液技术、固井技术、压裂技术和环境保护方面取得的新进展。在页岩气开发方面,如何在学习借鉴国外先进开采技术和国内已经取得经验的基础上,结合国内页岩气资源实际,积极探索更经济、更高效、更环保的"井工厂"开发模式,尽快形成完善配套的实验测试、钻井完井、排采和大型分段压裂、环保型压裂液、钻井废液(渣)和压裂返排液处理等页岩气开发关键技术,是今后仍需努力的方向。

Review on Domestic Drilling and Oil Production Technology of the Shale Gas in 2013

In 2013,the domestic shale gas exploitation has made drilling ,cementing and fracturing technologies for the shale gas some new progress,especially horizontal well are gradually mature.In order to meet the needs of the development of shale gas,horizontal well drilling,evaluation before the fracturing design and evaluation technology after fracturing are formed.And around the fracturing, large - scale ＂well factory＂ operation,drilling,fracturing and other integrated design and optimization are formed initially.And cross operation model of drilling ,fracturing ,and production at the same time promotes the process of domestic shale gas development.Based on the 2013 literatures,new progress of shale gas drilling technology and environmental protection in China is briefly introduced.The future should be as following：more economic ,efficient and environmentally model should be explored actively based on learning from foreign advanced ready gained in China and combined with the actual domestic shale gas , drilling fluid, cementing, fracturing development of shale gas in the friend ＂well factory＂ development technology and the experience alresources;a complete set of key technologies of the shale gas exploration should be improved on experimental test,well tion,production and large scale fracturing,environmental fracturing fluid,the treatment of and fracturing flowback fluid. drilling and comple drilling waste （slag）
