摘    要:文章介绍了角钢成品孔、蝶形孔和切分孔设计的原则。以包钢轨梁厂轧机结构特点及坯料为基础,设计了一套25#大型等边角钢孔型图。经生产试轧,该孔型系统能够同时生产3种规格的产品,降低了生产成本,提高了轧辊利用率。

Abstract:Abstract: In this article, the design principles of finished hole, butterfly hole and slitting pass for angle steels are intro- duced. A set of pass graph for 25" large equal angle steel is designed based on the design features of rolling mill and blanks in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel. The practices prove that the pass schedule could produce products with three speci- fications at the same time, which could make the production costs reduced and the use ratio of rolls improved.
