| 摘 要： | 车辆定位监控系统中的手机监控系统是一套使用手机终端实现快速地图浏览以及在手机终端上实现对企业、个人车辆进行监控管理的GIS、GPS综合应用系统。该系统利用手机的无线3G信号获得远程地图服务和车辆位置服务来实现远程车辆的位置监控和历史行驶轨迹管理功能，大幅提高了车辆管理的效率，提高了车辆定位监控系统的易用性。

| Abstract: | Mobile phone monitoring system is a subsystem of Vehicle positioning and monitoring system .And it is a integrated application GIS and GPS system to achieve fast map browsing and enterprise or personal vehicle monitoring and management by phone .The method to archive the function of remote vehicle-monitoring and vehicle ’ s historical trajectory management is get the remote map service and vehicle location services by wireless 3G mobile phone signal . This system improve the efficiency of vehicle management and usability of Vehicle positioning and monitoring system . |
