摘    要:经济型数控车床的调试是优化整机性能的必要工序,在数控车床工作中,电网电压不良会不同程度干扰数控系统;使步进电动机、驱动系统的可靠性差;电动刀架受到电源相系的制约;变频器会干扰计算机、驱动系统的正常工作.所以,必须解决来自各个方面的问题,才能使整机工作在最佳技术状态.

Abstract:The adjustmrent of economic CNC lathes is a necessary work to optimize the performance of the whole machine. During work of the lathe, the bad line voltage would interfere in the CNC system in different degree, resulting in bad performances of the step motor and the drive system. As well as the electric tool carriage will suffer the constraint of the power supply system, and the frenquency converter will interfere in the computer and the driving system. The whole machine will not work in normal situation until all of the above problems solved.
