安钢高线粗中轧料型优化

摘    要:安钢为克服高线粗中轧料型不合适易造成堆钢事故和成品头尾缺陷,将第6道料型尺寸由φ74 mm调整为φ72.5 mm,控制中轧的第12道和14道,小规格比原始料型稍小一些,大规格比原始料型稍大一些。料型优化后,φ10 mm及以下规格成品尺寸精度可达±0.1 mm,φ10 mm以上规格成品可达±0.15 mm,堆钢事故减少,头尾开裂率降低,成品头尾剪切圈数减少。主要经济指标成材率、有效作业率分别提高0.2%,5%。

Abstract:In order to overcome the improper billet shape in high-speed wire rod roughing and intermediate rolling due to steel piling accident and finished products head and tail defects, Ansteel change the sixth pass billet shape size from diameter 74 mm into 72.5 ram, to control the twelfth and fourteenth pass of intermediate rolling, small size is smaller than original billet shape, large size is larger than original billet shape. After billet shape optimization, size tolerance of diameter 10 mm and below finished products can reaches ±0.1 mm, over diameter 10 mm finished products can reaches ±0.15 mm, steel piling accident decreases, cracking rate of head and tail decreases, cutting round of finished product head and tail decrease. The main economic index yield, operation efficiency are increased 0.2% and 5% respectively.
