| 摘 要： | 当前华东电力市场设计目标与节能减排整体目标之间存在着一些的差异及矛盾。文章对此进行了详细分析,提出了在华东电力市场中体现节能减排效果的修正建议,并结合某电厂的实际情况对修正前、后电力市场出清的具体数据进行了验证;对设置金融输电权和能耗排污权的交易进行了推测,以便用多种手段增强电力市场的节能减排效果。

| Abstract: | Now, there are the discrepancy and contradiction between the design goal of East China electricity market and whole goal of energy-saving and reducing emission. The paper analyzed in detail and presented the revising suggestions for effects of energy-saving and reducing emission in East China electricity market, and combined with the actual conditions of a certain power plant, the specific data was verified before and after revising for East China electricity market. The trade for installing financial power transmission right and energy consumption and pollutant discharge right was forecasted, in order to strengthen the effects of saving energy and reducing pollutant discharge of electricity market with various means. |
