PROFIBUS 及其应用

本文的内容主要包括两部分： （1）第一部分介绍了现场总线PROFIBUS的概念、组成，PROFIBUS-DP的协议及其特点，Profibus-DP网络的配置类型。（2）第二部分介绍了现场总线Profibus-DP在冶金行业中的应用。重点介绍了PROFIBUS-DP在攀成钢有限责任公司φ340连轧管机组中矫直机区域辅机系统的基础自动化系统的应用，包括该系统的硬件和软件选择以及系统组成。系统由1个主站（含1个本地扩展）、3个ET200M从站、1个HMI从站和11个变频器从站组成，系统中预留一个以太网接口供将来连接32业以太网用。文章最后还介绍了上述辅机系统的基础自动化系统的功能及优点等。

PROFIBUS and Its Applications

The content of this paper consists of two parts. The first part introduces the concept and the composition of PROFIBUS, the protocol and the characteristics of PROFIBUSDP, and the configuration of Profibus-DP network. The second part introduces the applications of the Profibus-DP in the metallurgical industry, mainly the application of the Profibus-DP in the basic automation system of the auxiliary equipments system of the straightener in φ340mm MPM in Chengdu Steel ＆ Iron Co., Ltd. of Panzhihua Steel Group, including the type selecting and configuration of the hardware and software in the system. The basic automation system consists of one master station （with one local expand）, three slave stations by using of ET200Ms, one slave station of HMI and eleven slave stations of frequency converters. The system reserves an Ethernet interface for connecting the industrial Ethernet in the future. Finally, this paper also describes the functions and advantages of the above said basic automation system of the auxiliary equipments.
