| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concepts of Next Generation Manufacturing and Collaborative Engineering which are broadly studed in the American industries.The NGM framework of Actions,including 4 operation strategies and 10 inplementation sub\|strategies,is dealed with.Discussions are focused on RPPR,knowledge process and innovation management,and enterprise integration,which can be regarded as application references for the enterprises in China to progress to globalization,informatization,knowledgeablization,and integration in the 21 century. |
