| 摘 要： | 电力市场模式是各国电力市场化改革都无法回避的重要问题.分类角度不同,电力市场的模式也多种多样.从三个不同的方面对电力市场的模式进行了评述,指出了它们的特征、适用情形和存在的问题,比较了它们之间的相互关系,并提出:就目前我国电力工业体系的具体情况而言,全国电网采用统一模式或单一模式并不适合我国国情.

| Abstract: | Electricity market mode is an important issue that every country experiencing power industry reform has to face.There are many types of electricity market modes according to differently classified methods.This paper summarizes some kinds of them from three different aspects,discusses their characteristics,applicable situations and disadvantages,and compares their relationships.On the basis of it,this paper comes to a conclusion that neither uniform nor only one kind of electricity market modes is feasible in China,according to the present situation of China's electric power industry. |
